lambert the sheepish lion

I am proud to present to my readers what I consider to be the greatest cartoon short of all time. This lovely short is from 1951. Sixty years old and still pitch perfect.

    that's how it works, right? babies get to chose whichever mother they like best? and if there aren't enough babies, then it means someone is barren.

    what worries me is that somewhere in Africa a lioness is crying alone over her barren womb.

    BTDubs, this cartoon is totally awesome. when Lambert finally snapped, everyone was like "Oh man, it's about to get all Dexter Season 1 up in here."

    I used to get called a sheepish lion in school as a kid. Now when I reference it no one seems to remember!!! Obv. my last name is Lambert

    I always found the narrator's voice, whoever the narrator is, to be very comforting.
